What are the startup costs and what do they include?

Currently, the range of investment is from $260,920 to $414,494 including the $40,000 initial franchise fee. Other estimated costs include 3rd party professional advisory fees, insurance and 3-months of working capital.

How much space do I need for a studio?

Between 1,500 and 2,000 square feet with adequate parking and drive by traffic. We have specific site criteria which will help you evaluate real estate that would be a good fit for your studio.

How long does it take to open?

You should be able to open in as few as 4 to 8 months, depending on your timing to open. We help with site

selection, design and layout of your studio as well as providing our guidance each step of the way through pre-opening

and training.

Do I have to be an owner operator?

Yes, we want our owners to be actively involved even though you may hire an education director to oversee curriculum and day to day operations. Owners will focus on community engagement, marketing, enrollment and overseeing the staff/team.

Can I own more than one studio?

Yes. We believe some owners will operate multiple studios. We offer discounts on initial franchise fees for owners who commit up front to additional studios.

How many employees are needed to operate the business?

Typically between 2 and 4 employees depending on enrolled students and programs offered.

How much will the business make in a year?

Unfortunately, as we recently changed our company name, we are unable to share our Financial Performance Representation, called Item 19 in our Franchise Disclosure Document which would highlight affiliate performance and history. We hope to be able to share this information in 12 - 24 months, but currently, we are prohibited from doing so.
